June Gardener's Walk and Talk

Grab your gloves, bring your notepad, and buzz over to BeeWorthy Farms.

Each monthly gathering we will tour the gardens and learn practical skills to bring the beauty of flowers and herbs into your own garden.

June Gardener's Walk and Talk: Friends, Foes, and How to Help

Are you interested in flowers, herbs and gardening?

Or flower and herb farming?

Join Cat Henning, BeeWorthy farmer and owner, for an informative farm tour! Bring your notepad, pencil, and questions to write down all the juicy information she will be sharing. This is the perfect tour if you’ve always wanted to know more about how we do things and would love the opportunity to ask your gardening or flower questions to a woman who is elbow deep in our farm soil.

June's Tour will focus on:

  • The role of beneficial insects on the farm and how to support them

  • How to combat common garden pests including aphids and gophers

  • Identifying diseases and mineral deficiencies

  • How to support a healthy plant mid-season

  • When and how to apply fertilizers and pesticides
